There's is 2 cars parked in Hemsworth court in Lathrop for a long period of time . There is a silver Toyota    4 runner and a black Subaru suv. The grey Toyota hasn't been moved for 3 weeks and the Subaru for a week and a half.

Lamp post in front of our house is out.

Second, there's a water cover by our sidewalk. Lots of water coming out from the square cover by our grass (close to sidewalk).

5120 Madruga Rd.  Lathrop

There is construction at this site 24/7. I am awake all night with cement trucks "beeping" Bright spot lights, and workers throwing things around.  They also are cutting the dirt without using water trucks to keep the dust down. This has been reported many times. I live at Oakwood shores and can hear this construction.
