I would like to report Graffiti on the tube slide at Mossdale Park and on the back of the green rock climbing wall between the tube slide and small the double slides

I reported a broken water sprinkler to the water dept weeks ago. I may have reported it to the wrong department, but it is very disheartening to see nothing has been done. A sprinkler head at a green space beside the STEAM Academy in Lathrop has been dumping water onto a street for over a month. It is on Somerston Prkwy between Academy and Marina.
