Residential Complaint

The address is 4409 West Pine Haven Dr. Tracy, 95304. This residence is an eye sore. The yard is unkept. There are weeds and piles of garbage in the front yard. The residence has multiple run down vehicles on the property, campers, and boats outside their gate on the street. I pay a lot in property taxes, a lot for my home, and I don't like seeing garbage when I look out my front window. I have already spoke to the owners of the property multiple times and so has some of the other neighbors in the court.

Excessive weeds

I am writing about excessive weeds at the home on the corner of 671 Madrone and Chimes in Lathrop.  Not only are they an eye sore, but also a fire danger.

Overgrown weeds

Hello,

I am reporting overgrown weeds, which are both an eye sore and a fire danger, at the home that resides on the corner of Chimes Street and 749 Albany Street. The weeds are in the side property and the strip between the street and the sidewalk.

inquiry about levee and boundaries

Good evening,

In August of 2021, I was in contact with Zachary Jones about cars parking on the levee, using the access ramp near Cutter St. to get up there. Removable bollards were put in place.

Mr. Jones also informed me that a new "no driving or parking on the levee" sign would be installed. The sign that is currently there is faded and no longer readable and not visible from the street as it is up the ramp a bit and hard to see.
