Not sure if I have the correct method of this issue but willing to start with his ticket.

My neighbor has dead/dry shrubbery on the side of his home right on the property line, that is a feed for a fire to include it looks so very bad,  this has been there for weeks.  It looks as though he is working on his landscape which is perfectly fine, but we have trash pick up every Friday morning to rid of this hazard as you work.

While walking by on my afternoon walk I saw multiple temporary structures set up in the back yard of 371 Mingo road. There were several people around the structures appeared to be sitting possibly sleeping in broad daylight. There was a woman passed out on the front driveway. Over the past few weeks I have seen more and more transient type people coming in and out of this house. There is major trash buildup and fire hazards all around the property. There are also an excess of feral cats and dogs on the property.

I don't want to be that neighbor. Their's a serious hoarding problems with my backyard neighbor.. My side backyard neighbor and I have decided to replace the attached fence we share. We've discussed going half on the cost.  He's also going to replace the other side of his property which is not attached to me. His side neighbor is unable to help him with cost of replacement.  Once, the fence was torn down on 4/13  The amount of debris was horrifying.  This situation has caused structural problems due to too many heavy items up against the fenced. causing it to to not hold.
