I don't want to be that neighbor. Their's a serious hoarding problems with my backyard neighbor.. My side backyard neighbor and I have decided to replace the attached fence we share. We've discussed going half on the cost. He's also going to replace the other side of his property which is not attached to me. His side neighbor is unable to help him with cost of replacement. Once, the fence was torn down on 4/13 The amount of debris was horrifying. This situation has caused structural problems due to too many heavy items up against the fenced. causing it to to not hold. I've see rodents come from the area which this is a public health problem ( the spread of pest infestation and debris making it's way to my side. I don't know if this is trash, recycled garbage, or this may be a job for just personal things or just. If the fence wasn't tron down, I wouldn't even have noticed this major problem. By the fence be temporarily down, the eliminates and the possible of the rodents food sources has been compromised having no choice but to make there home elsewhere. I do not want to deal with this type of problem in my backyard with my children play out there. Please let me know if something can be done.
