This Ticket will now be closed. As of 5/18/25 the assigned officer inspected the parcel and advised the weeds have been cut down. The address was also forwarded to The Fire Prevention unit. 17479 Pheasant Downs Road

I am writing to report an ongoing issue at 17479 Pheasant Downs Road, where more than 15 cats are being housed. These cats roam freely and are causing sanitation problems in the neighborhood. They are frequently defecating on lawns and in backyards, making the streets filthy and creating unpleasant odors.
