EV Chargers in Lathrop

Hello,

In the past year or so number of electric cars in the Lathrop area has jumped significantly yet we still only have one charger in the whole city which can be used publicly. I think city should encourage the environment initiative and install some EV chargers in the parks, city hall and shopping area (Specially in the Target parking lot).

Business owner has known about the city policy for many weeks now and has chosen to do nothing up to know.

 I have made complaints basically every weekend with the LPD and they have talked to him.

 I have also written complaints to the city through the city website.

 With the prior complaints and the businesses failure to comply so far, I am asking that said permits etc. not be given.

 I have talked to others in the surrounding area and they don’t like the noise of the loud music either.

 This is mostly a residential area and should be treated as such.

Stopping or removal of a permit to have amplified music at a business in town.

 To whom it may concern,

  What department do I need to contact within the city offices to make a formal complaint against an establishment within the city limits, (The Cafe Platano Bar & Grill at 14725 S. Harlan Rd), for excessive and loud amplified music?

 I have contacted the establishment itself and gotten no where.

License and or Permit Request

 This may not be the correct place to ask my question, and if it isn't would you mind forwarding it on to the party(s) responsible?

 I live in Lathrop on J Street. We have a hard enough time keeping watch over the happenings on the street as it is with all the multiple person/family rentals on the street.

 My question is wether or not the property at 710 J Street is licensed or permitted for running a commercial business out of, ie. "David Silva Landscaping"?
