I live in Lathrop on J Street. We have a hard enough time keeping watch over the happenings on the street as it is with all the multiple person/family rentals on the street.
My question is wether or not the property at 710 J Street is licensed or permitted for running a commercial business out of, ie. "David Silva Landscaping"?
The reason for my question is the number of different cars, trucks, vehicles that come and go from the property and/or get parked on the street. With the turnover in employees that Mr. Silva has there are always new/different people and or vehicles in the area or going in and out of his property and the validity of their being in the area is in question.
There are a number of work trucks as well as employee vehicles parked in the dirt in the backyard during the day and depending on the day there are a number of vehicles that are parked out front on the street. At times these vehicles are very noisy with their diesel engines running and or the vehicles radio blaring while they either load or unload items or open and shut the front gate going in or coming out.
There are times when a truck pulling a work trailer stops in the street blocking the road with the truck blocking the sidewalk and the trailer sticking out into the road or visa versa while the driver gets out and opens/shuts the gate to drive into or out of the property.
This is a 6-7 day a week issue as Mr. Silva runs his business during the week as well as on the weekends too.
