Called concerned citizen on 08/03/2020 to request violation address. Sent follow up email stating concern was forwarded to the Code Compliance Supervisor for review and ticket is now closed.
Responded to citizen inquiry via email on 07/30/2020:
"Your request was received and is currently going through the Code Compliance process. The ticket’s status is independent of whether or not a case has been opened. The closing of the ticket is an acknowledgement of receipt by the Code Compliance Department and the concern is under review and/or currently being investigated. It is mainly for the City’s record keeping purposes to close a ticket once received and initiating the Code Compliance process."
