Replied to the resident and asked him to call us as soon as he noticed change in the color or odor of the water and if his water pressure drops again. This way we can send someone out to test the water.
I sent a message to Larry to keep him in the loop.
Created a work order for O&M to inspect the barrier in question. Replied back to resident to notify them that their message was recived and someone will be out to inspect the object covering the sewer.
Emailed concerned citizen on 09/28/2020 that their request was received and forwarded to the Code Compliance Supervisor for review. City of Lathrop has initiated the Code Compliance process and ticket is now closed.
