Planning Applications - LCAP User Guides

The City of Lathrop Planning Department is now utilizing The Lathrop Civic Access Portal (LCAP) as a all-in-one electronic solution to Planning Applications.

Currently, Planning Department is utilizing LCAP for Home Occupancy Applications and Land Development Applications and Plan Review. A Home Occupancy Permit is Required of All Home-Based Businesses within the City of Lathrop.
