Building Plan Review - Fire (LMFD)

Lathrop Manteca Fire Department (LMFD) performs Building Plan Reviews - Fire.

Payment of Fire plan check fees to the Lathrop-Manteca Fire District are required prior to the issuance of a Building Permit.

Online Payments

1. Can be made at LexisNexis Payment Solutions 
2. Click Plan Review Services 
3. Enter requested fields, including Invoice #
   1. Invoice # is obtained in an email from the LMFD.
   2. If you haven't received this email or have questions, please call the Permit Tech team for LMFD at (209) 941-5107. 
4. After paying, you will have a success screen/receipt of payment. 
5. Email receipt to your LMFD Plan Reviewer to ensure prompt processing.

Building Permits will not be issued until Fire Plan Review fees have been paid and processed.
