Reporting a Concern
To ensure that your concerns are promptly addressed, please provide the following information:
- Address of potential nuisance, violation or concern
- Detailed description of potential nuisance, violation or concern
- Location (front yard, side yard, driveway etc.)
- Contact information (staff may contact you for additional information)
Only ONE (1) submission per physical address is permitted. If you are reporting multiple addresses, please submit each concern separately.
Situations Which Are Not Municipal Code Violations
- Abandoned vehicles parked on the streets
- Civil disputes involving private parties such as fences, private trees, evictions, property lines, etc.
To report a municipal code concern, you may contact Code Compliance by sending a citizens request with the above information. You may call (209) 647-6400 and speak with someone over the phone, or you may also stop by City Hall and express your concern in person.
