Administrative Appeal Hearing Process

To file an appeal, an Administrative Appeal Hearing Request Form must be submitted within ten (10) business days from the date the Administrative Citation was issued.

Fees Due: There is a non-refundable Administrative Hearing Fee of $300. This fee must accompany the appeal form.
