Electric light Post Number 6596 at or driveway of 16896 Ore Claim trail, Lathrop is not working or on and off on the night time 

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue in our community that requires immediate attention. The matter at hand pertains to a broken street light located at Forestwood Way, in close proximity to the 13445 resident. It not only hampers visibility during nighttime hours but also increases the risk of accidents and criminal activity. As residents of this neighborhood, we believe it is important to address this issue promptly.

Is it true that stop lights in River Island Parkway flashing red lights is to make sure citizens are aware of it for 2 weeks ?This is the reason it is not operational.  I do not believe it this the reason of delay. I talked to one of elected officer told me that this is not the reason.

Why you did not plan to make sure this stop lights in river island parkway was done and running green light yellow and red before schools open? Why safety of citizens of lathrop is your priority job sir.
