Stop sign on street corner

There needs to be a stop sign or speed bump on the corner of Cadmia St and Travertine Ct. The residents always turn from Slate St. going 50/60mph and do not slow down. I have almost been hit 4 times in the past 2 weeks because they do not slow down nor respect other drivers. Either put a stop sign or speed bumps to slow them down, this is becoming a safety issue for myself and other residents. In particular there is a white work truck who lives on Travertine Ct. that is notorious for driving really fast within the neighborhood and has also almost hit pedestrians crossing the street.

Street lights out

Lakeside dr.  Light pole number L1211 & L1210.  Both lights are out
