Requestor was contacted via email and notified that if the tree is located on private/homeowner property, the maintenance is the responsibility of the property owner. This includes trees that are located on either the front lawn, side lawn, or the mow strip on the other side of the sidewalk, however, if they feel this tree is located on City property, to please provide the address and staff will review the location.
