Locked bill pay account.

Hello, I was trying to login to my account to pay my water bill online but it said that my account had been locked. The website said to contact my utility provider to unlock it. I was hoping you could unlock it as my bill is past due and I can't pay it until my account is unlocked. My account's username is Cat. Thank you, have a happy new year.

Ticket Issue

I received a parking ticket in October, I have been sent you guys a check a long time ago and after I sent a check my ticket went up to $593 when I already sent the check before the pay period ended. I don't understand why am I get charged more when I did my part the first time. I am a struggling college student trynna pay for school now there is a ticket for $593 I can't afford,

Bill adjustment

Hello,

I have a concern for my water bill for 1811 Navigator Drive. I moved out of the residence June 28th and my account was not closed. My new address is 15914 Laurel Rd Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44022. The current bill reflects water usage up to mid August and would like an updated bill that reflects my usage while in the residence. I can provide a letter from my former property manager indicating the date we left the residence.
