Our water bill for this month at 16194 Adobe Way was $188.99 for just two (2) people. Can you please send someone to determine if we have a water leak or help us determine the cause for this increase over the past few months?

I live in Mossdale here in Lathrop and I pay the Mello Roos taxes.  I was wanting to know if you could tell me how long I will be paying for these taxes or who I need to contact to get this information.

I am trying to make an online payment, but it is not working. When I click "make a payment", it brings me back to the login interface.

This is to inform you that your online payment system for water services has been down since Sunday, March 22, 2020. We have tried daily to submit a payment. When we click on make a payment, it goes back to the sign in screen. We finally made a payment by phone, but wanted to bring this to your attention.
