Internet Providers

Not sure if this is the correct department to ask this question but does the City of Lathrop have any intent to provide our community with different ISP companies? I prefer cable or fiber optic.  I have Xfinity and prices are going up in January 2025, which is ridiculous. I have checked AT&T and Verizon yet no service is provided for my location. I have lived in Lathrop over 30 years and it's time for a change. What will Lathrop do for our citizens?

To further develop the city of Lathrop we need major stores in my opinion. Establishments such as Costco and Chick-Fil-A are good for starters. It is important due to the rising population of Lathrop. It is important to look into the future.

Hello, my name is Christin Robison and I am a Realtor with HomeSmart PV & Associates and co-chair of the Manteca/Lathrop chapter of the Central Valley Association of Realtors.  We would like to invite a member of the City of Lathrop to speak at an upcoming association meeting.  We meet every Tuesday at 8:30 at the CVAR location on Harlan Road in Lathrop.  Can someone please contact me so that we can discuss the possibility of a city employee speaking to our association?  Thank you so much!
