There are overgrown tumbleweeds and other vegetation at the corner of Madrone and Chimes. It makes it hard for the kids to move around when walking to school.
In desperate need of someone to investigate damage from a drainage pipe which leads to my yard. Isn't it wrongful to direct drainage causing damage to others property. Draining away from one's home causing damage to another's property isn't code.
