Code Compliance

One week ago I left a note on my neighbors door regarding them leaving their dog in the garage underneath me all night and it barking and whining into the very early morning constantly. Since then they have made loud noise in their garage with which I share a wall late into the evening. Including installing equipment with tools onto our shared garage. I believe it is retaliatory noise for me complaining about their dog to them. Which I did in a respectful neighborly manner. 

There are 2 storage PODS that have been parked the street. One had been there for almost 1 month, the second showed up week before last. On Upper Pasture, possible addres 16501. You can't miss them. 

There is RV that's has been parked in front of my home for the past 3 days, I live at 288 Colonial Trail. Compliance officers have been out here before to deal with same issue and the RV ends up in the same spot. The License plate number on the RV is 4KQD595, can you please ask the owners of this vehicle to store it properly, not on a city street.

There is car parked across the street that hasn't moved for three or four months . I don't think it works. Whomever do I contact to have them remove it from the street. Our street has alot of cars and the parking space is needed for others with working cars. The street is Southport street and the car is a white crx license plate 6xva411 California plates. Parked I. Front of 14091 southport  street  but that is not the owner.
