Hi - I tried to find the answer to this myself so I'm sorry to bother you but I really couldn't find it. Is there a noise ordinance for trash collection? Each week it's earlier and earlier and just this morning it was 530

The dry weeds in the back yard of 342 Osage place have grown to over 2 feet high and are now a fire hazard for the entire block and the renters will do nothing about it

the weeds on the front yard of 342 Osage Place are several feet tall and dry, they are now a fire hazard and the renters will do nothing about it.

These home owners consistently and regularly park their pick up trucks on their yard. It is a corner lot and therefore more parking at the curb than most and they do not make use of it opting to park on the yard. The yard is gravel so I don't know if that matters, as far as, code compliance.  A note was left on their windshield months ago when they first moved in welcoming them to the neighborhood and letting them know it is against code to park in the yard.

They avoided code by "cementing" in their entire front and side yard (corner lot) with hundreds of cement squares. Now weeds have grown up in between everywhere and in some cases more than 2-3 feet tall on side yard.  Is there anything that can be done to get the homeowners/renters to maintain the yard ?
