Gazebo location

Hi,

The resident living at 2362 Buchannan Court, Lathrop, CA 95330 has built a gazebo that is too close to the fence.  I am concerned about fire safety and potential water damage to the surrounding fence.  I understand that it is supposed to be 5' away from the back fence and this one is a little more than a foot away.  Can you please investigate?  If I am incorrect with the placement info, please advise.  Thanks.

there was no violations found because all those trucks and equipment are there after 4:30 PM during the day they are all out 

I noted this when I opened the ticket

"Patrol deputy went out to the area in question - no violations present.  Will email community member to call dispatch when the violations are occurring."

Please update me? is your community member going to go there after 4:30 PM?

During the day most of these trucks and equipment are gone, they are usually parked from 4:30 pm till 4:00 am during the weekday

large trucks and equipment parked on various streets by one person

We have a person that lives at 16299 Saguaro Drive, Lathrop who is located on the corner of Saguaro and Rieger drive

He has many large trucks, trailers and equipment parked on this corner as well as a died end street Yuman Lane. I suspect this can be a fire hazard if a fire truck ever needs access, I am concern for neighbor's safety, I own a home on Rieger Drive
