Hi There,

On Tuesday 1/10/2023 my daughter was driving home from work on paradise road and a pothole damaged her tire and wheel.

I'd like to inquire about who to contact for repair reimbursement since there are no warning signs, cones etc.

Paradise road is covered with potholes several of them very deep and is a hazard for most that drive it. Are you considering shutting that road down until it's fixed?

A listing of permits which includes the date issued and a brief description of the work performed under the permit, or a copy of the first page of each permit would be sufficient for my purposes, which ever approach would be easier for you to accomplish. If no permits are on file with the City for this property, please let me know that is the case by return email.
