Krazan & Associates is conducting a Phase I ESA of 16300 South McKinley Avenue (APN 198-100-11) for the property owner, and we respectfully request to obtain building permit history for this property. A listing of permits which includes the date issued and a brief description of the work performed under the permit, or a copy of the first page of each permit would be sufficient for my purposes, which ever approach would be easier for you to accomplish. If no permits are on file with the City for this property, please let me know that is the case by return email. Please let me know if you need any additional information to process this request.
