I want to thank you for closing my ticket without even a response. I really don’t know why you have so many issues with my account. You’ve changed my login a number of times, you’ve rerouted my bill to Modesto and i had to have you note the account. I would appreciate a response to why this keeps happening.

This light was already reported earlier this month, i reached out to Bear Electric yesterday and it is made a high priority and will be repaired this week.
I called the reporting party and left a VM informing her that it will be repaired this week.
