Sorry this is not very clear to me.

Do I owe you money? Yes or No please. 

Reached out to Reporting Party (She is property Manager) to obtain more information since there is a tree in the front yard, and a tree in the park way strip. The tree in question is the one in the front yard. I confirmed with her that it is required for the owner to maintain a tree in the front yard, however i am unsure of the species. I contacted Maria in Planning, she will look into this and follow up with the reporting party.

Created work order on 8/7/19 and reported to bear. Case 00031797.

Reached out to resident to inform that this has been addressed.
