spoke with customer, the tree in question is not a City owned tree nor is it in the parkway strip. the tree in question is in the front yard separating the two residents. I called Larry, he will go out to the location to inspect and determine whom the tree belongs to. i will follow up with the resident.
Lawn has been taken care of for now. Hazmat situation has not been addressed by City of Lathrop or the San Joaquin County Health Department. This house also does not have garbage service and never has had garbage service. This is very toxic to the neighborhood. Will the authorities step up and do something about this? Why is this situation being ignored?
