resident replied back with location. created work order to have staff pick this up.

emailed RP again asking for location of debris.

Created WO 2020-0521 for staff to pick up the pallet. Emailed RP to let them know someone will be by to pick it up.

i reported these streetlights on 11/5. i sent a follow up email to Saint Francis this morning.
