This is for the complaint regarding 17433 Pheasant Downs Rd Lathrop, CA. They are getting louder as I am typing this. They have even started singing. Please come out to get this taken care of. We are going through a pandemic and I know these people have gathered individuals who are not a part of the household in question.
Emailed citizen on 12/08/2020 that their request was received and forwarded to the Code Compliance Supervisor for review. City of Lathrop has initiated the Code Compliance process and ticket is now closed.
I spoke to the resident and explained the project and the expected duration of the same. Unfortunately, the only thing the City can do is ensure the contractor follows the approved construction time (8am - 5pm). AA
