Planning Commission Regular/Teleconference Meeting

Pursuant to the Governor's Executive Order N-25-20

Planning Commissioners and the Public may participate via teleconference.

Public Participation:

In accordance with Executive Order N-25-20 and guidance from the California Department of Public Health on gatherings, remote public participation is allowed in the following ways:

• Planning Commission meetings are live-streamed on Comcast Cable Channel 97 and on the City’s website at https://www.ci.lathrop.ca.us/citycouncil/page/live-stream
• Public comment will be accepted by email to City Clerk Teresa Vargas at Tvargas@ci.lathrop.ca.us during the meeting, prior to the close of public comment on an item, and read into the record during public comment.
• During the meeting those joining by teleconference, will be allowed to speak prior to the close of public comment on an item, and read into the record during public comment.
• Public comment may be submitted by telephone during the meeting, prior to the close of public comment on an item, by texting or calling (209) 992-0046 at the time indicated by the City Clerk or Planning Commission Secretary.
