The home of 685 is over grown with weeds yet again. If they are renters is there a way the landlord can be fined and mandated to keep the yard clean. It is especially bad since the yard is where the neighborhood mail box is. My husband walked all the way down to mow around the mailbox so I did not have to walk through prickly weeds to collect our mail. This is a constant recurring problem at this residence.
