I am writing to dispute my water bill, the usage of water is very wrong it states that our usage keeps increasing.  No one has moved in to our home its the same amount of people living in the home, same amount of water being used through out our home. 

 

6/2019 usage 10, meter reading  310 previous 300

7/2019 usage 13, meter reading 323 previous 310

8/2019 usage 15, meter reading 338 previous 323

9/2019 usage 28, meter reading 366 previous 338

 

as you can see the spike in usage is totally absurd!!! no pipes have been broken in our home, there's no explanation for this increase but simply fraudulent charges. I expect to hear back property about this issue!!
