Hi. I would like to inquire about a tree in our walkway front yard. Is it legal to remove the tree? The tree looks bushy and roots were spreading near the walkway that look like it's going to ruin the cement.

Spoke with resident by phone confirmed that a tree is required. I informed her that she may remove the tree but replace it with a new one. the approved tree is the Chinese Pistache.
