Attention James (Public Works): I'm a new homeowner in Lathrop and below is a list of builders who are not using the city's franchisee hauler (Republic) for Mix debris trash removal from construction sites. There are No 40 yard (blue Republic) dumpsters on site.

Lathrop River Island

VanDaele Homes: Wylin and Malabar Drive / Seapoint Drive and Jasmine Creek Drive

Tri Pointe Homes: Gemini Court and Athena Drive / Athena Drive and Capricorn Court

Pulte Homes: Andromeda Way and Darien Drive

Anthem United Homes: Mozart Ave and Bernstein Ave

Kiper Homes: Bach Court and Mulholland Drive /  Van Gogh Drive and Garden Farms Ave

Richmond American Homes: Middlebury Drive and Oberlin Ave

Lathrop Stanford Crossing

Meritage Homes: Sunol and Ortega

Richmond American Homes: Bacarra and Chime / Saybrook and Senator

City's Franchisee Mixed Debris 40 yard dumpster should be onsite and smaller 6 yard bins throughout the construction site should be emptied into Franchisee 40 yard mixed debris dumpster and exposed by Franchisee hauler (Republic) The above construction sites are not in compliance and does not have the Franchisee dumpster on site. there is a weekly white Front Loader Trash Truck that comes out and empties the smaller 6-yard bins and hauls off mixed debris which is in violation of city code trash removal by unauthorized trash hauler.
