Dear City of Lathrop:
I am aware that my husband has previously filed complaints regarding our backyard neighbor [601 Bramblewood Ave] German Shepard dog barking throughout the night.
We have purchased dog barking devices in our attempts to minimize the public nuisance that we have been subjected too.
We are also unable to have a quiet evening sitting out on our patio without the continuous barking of our neighbor's dog!
Question City of Lathrop? What is the point of having a 'Public Nuisance Prohibited' ordinance if it is NOT enforced?
Finally, it is much appreciated if a 'neutral party' kindly notify 601 Bramblewood Ave that they live among neighbors who are entitled to enjoy the quiet tranquility of their homes without being awaken by a barking dog who I am sure the owners have EARS and can hear the loud barking noise coming from their dog!
This homeowner needs the City of Lathrop assistance with addressing this matter.
