To Whom It May Concern,
It's been happening for several nights now, a Champagne colored older model Cadillac Escalade has been parking in front of our house with what seems to be expired tags (CA Licence# 5JXM555) and has also been leaking oil. I also found that the occupant of the vehicle sleeping in this car at times. The SUV usually parks in front of our house between 9:30 and 10:30 pm and leaves the following morning beween 7:15 and 7:30 am. Not sure if needs to be looked into, the behavior and leaking oil on the roadway is concerning. Our address is 17809 Wheat Field St., Lathrop, CA 95330.
