A trailer full of trash is parked on the westbound side of Winwood which is a very short street with no house facing it. It can't be missed and has been there, unhitched to a vehicle, for over a month. It is coveed by a blue tarp and has blocks underneath wheels. Someone frequently parks a pickup near enough to make it look like it is hitched up but never is. Please ticket it or have it removed.
The license plate on it is bent but it appears to be 4NM2964.
(I hate calling dispatch for this sort of thing so I am attempting this method but the last few reports I have made through this system have not been dealt with)
