We have been getting a lot of flat tires in the River Islands streets. Almost always, these are due to nails or other sharp metal objects. River Islands is still a community in construction, and will remain so for some years. Consequently, nails and other metal debris on our roads from construction activity will be with us too.
A question on street sweeping: Do our sweeping machines have the magnetic pickup attachment like some sweeping trucks have to pick up nails that might escape the sweep/vac process? If not, how can we request to get this attachment?
