Thank you for letting us know that a light is out on your street. When you have a moment, would you kindly reply back to this email with the pole number?
The pole number is a sticker with 3-5 numbers, (usually 4) on the street side of the streetlight.
If for some reason, the stickers are missing, please provide the address where the light is located and we can look into replacing the stickers on the pole.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
