To City Management of Lathrop;
1. The river island parkway from intersection of Mcgee St going to river island has unfinished undivided road less than 1 mile. This road and other side of the bridge should be done before they plan to build all these a houses in RI. This is one of the busiest road now going in and out to or from river island this undivided road is unsafe. Is this road and bridge should be built before they start building all 3,000 plus houses.
If there is an emergency mass casualties or emergency disaster that the Government will order evacuation in RI, can we get out quick?
If there is an accident in that narrow road, you have to go around. It is unsafe it is not divided. Drunk drivers might hit somebody when they go through that road and causes fatal casualties.
Is there a plan by River islands and city of Lathrop the widen this less than one mile road to prevent accident possible lost of life and accommodate evacuation during emergency evacuations or other emergencies declare by the governor. I will write a formal memo regarding this and I will submit during next city meeting for the record.
