Hello,
We live at 17779 Strawberry Glen St, Lathrop 95330 and during the recent wind storm, one of the big branches of the tree in front of our house, broke lose and fell on the car parked and also on the front fence gate to our back yard. There is significant damage to the fence and the car. Luckily no one was hurt.
How can we dispose off such a broken branch ? How do we address the fixing of the fence ?
How can we resolve the issue of car damage ?
We believe these trees in our neighborhood were planted by our city and don't know how to go about resolving this issue, Can you please guide us on this matter ?

Larry confirmed the tree is privately owned and the financial resonsibility for damage repairs is up to the home owner. closed.

spoke with customer, the tree in question is not a City owned tree nor is it in the parkway strip. the tree in question is in the front yard separating the two residents. I called Larry, he will go out to the location to inspect and determine whom the tree belongs to. i will follow up with the resident.
