Hello,
Wondering if the community officer was able to speak with them yesterday? And what the next actions are? I think the dog was only recently moved to the garage, initially, it was in their home (next to us but not connected). The garage is connected to our house, so the noise of the dog howling, barking, and whining non-stop is now two times as loud from 9 AM to 3/4 PM. It's really unbearable to hear, besides it being a very loud noise, it's not the happy type of howling, it's really a sad bark. Is there any other action we can take? It feels like we're being tortured for 6-7 hours every day.
Thanks,
Albert

I would like to add that the dog is being kept in the garage at least a portion of the time. My bedroom is right above the garage and I can hear the dog right under me. I saw there is a dog bed, a feeding bowl, and a fenced-off area in the garage. Also, the dog would also sometimes peek their nose right under the garage door to howl or bark.

Neighbor's Dog Won't Stop Barking and Howling
Hello City of Lathrop,
Every day for the past 6 months and even as I am typing this...
I hear my neighbor's dog barking and howling non-stop from around 9 AM to around 4 PM.
The neighbor's address is: 1590 Offshore Wy, Lathrop, CA 95330
I've communicated with HOA and them on this but it doesn't seem to stop.
The HOA has already reached out to them. The HOA has advised me to contact the city.
Here is a short clip of what I am hearing: youtube.com/watch?v=txm_nRS0DMs
Best regards,
Albert C
