Hello,
My neighbor Ronjit or Reggie who lives at 15792 Old Glory Way Lathrop CA 95330, was walking his tan chihuahua on Tuesday April 27 2021 at 7:30 PM when his dog stopped to poop in front of my house on the corner on my yard. The owner (Ronjit) watched his dog do his business and proceeded to their house and never returned to pick up his mess. I went to confront the owner who was walking the dog (Ronjit) and told them to come pick up their dogs poop. He told me to pick it up myself and that everyone walks their dog without picking up after them. I replied if your not going to pick up after your dog then don't walk them. I informed him that I will be reaching out to you to handle this issues since he could not be an adult and pick up after his dog.
I have a big sign in front of my house stating DOG WASTE is a threat to the health of our children -degrades our town -transmits disease leash and clean up after your dog. I also have several signs in my yard on the floor level stating no poop dog signs, since this has happened a number of times before.
I really hope something is done. I have the video as well showing him and his dog.
