The mailbox out on the street in front of the office at 15300 McKinley continues to be broken open.
After speaking with the mail carrier yesterday I am certain that the mail was stolen on Monday morning between the time it was deposited into the box by the postal carrier and 11:07 AM which is the time I went to retrieve the mail on Monday morning.
Monday’s are the highest volume mail delivery day during the week.
It appears the thieves got away with July bank statements amongst other mail items.
The postal carrier says everyone on the street, in the past few days, has experienced this mailbox break-in activity.
Our security cam footage is pretty conclusive. However so far none of our video review efforts have produced information that can identify the perpetrator.
I want to make a police report and have video information to provide them showing a vehicle pulling up to our mailbox at the time of the break-in that is covering their license plate.
