To whom it may concern,
I find it rather humorous, and somewhat maddening, that the city has chosen to install speed bumps on many of the smaller streets around Lathrop when the widest and the most traveled street in Lathrop has not been given the luxury of having the speeding on the street lessened by the addition of at least two sections of speed bumps between Cambridge and Fifth Street, and then two more between Cambridge and South Harlan Rd.
I can't count the number of times we have made phone calls to the Lathrop PD in regards to speeding.
I don't know what is needed in order to start the process, but something needs to be done to curb the speeding of cars and trucks down J Street.

Hoping something can be done soon.
