Unsightly unsanitary garbage cans on front lawn and on driveway by sidewalk on millstone way. The run down appearance this creates ruins our investment value. It also invites crime. Lathrop has spent so much money on beautifying. Why isn't there a code for making garbage cans to be out of sight, like Manteca? Specifically on a narrow street like Millstone way. And near a school where children pass through.
