Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am resident of 317 Danbury place, Lathrop, CA. May you please advice us on how to stop dog owners to use our front landscaping for their dogs littering. It is so bad that we cannot step out of the garage to throw litter in our trash cans. We cannot even light our prayer lamps as it is so stinky.

Can Lathrop city post signs at randomly selected properties so dogs littering can be controlled? We pay almost $6000 for property tax but we cannot utilize our front yards for play, fun or prayer. We use lots of water to hose down the litter but it keeps appearing. Right now there is four spots of litter on 303 property next to our property.

Once we wanted to replace all of grass with stones but city hall staff told us all landscaping must look uniform.

Please help us and all property owners who are dealing with the dog littering.

Thank you,

kiran Singh & Sailesh Singh
