Hello P&R,
it's a windy day in Lathrop and dust and dirt from the construction sites are suffocating River Island, Ball Park, and adjacent soccer fields. Is there anyway the idle water trucks can spray this afternoon? Spores in the dirt that are known to cause Valley Fever are being inhaled by children and spectators.
